SIM not working

I activated the new SIM for my daughter's phone yesterday afternoon. More than 24 hours later it is still not working - no network service, number shows as unknown in settings ... what is wrong?

Not to worry, please could you advise if it was an upgrade or new contract that you have taken out?

Just to advise if it is an upgrade you should be able to use your old SIM card in the handset.

Have you contacted us once you received the SIM as the SIM may need to be activated.
