Sim not working

I lost my phone and clicked ‘block sim’ via my account in the ID mobile app. My phone has since been found and returned to me so I would like to have my sim reactivated again please. I am blind and rely on the use of my phone to contact family members urgently. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
