sim not working

Hello - i lost my phone so blocked my SIM card, I had a spare SIM that was sent to me when I upgraded by monthly contract, so have tried to activate this. It says it is activated but not working - ‘no service’ 

could you please have a look and then let me know if this SIM will work or whether I need to request a new SIM  card please
