please ring me on (Number removed) as i bought a monthly sim card plan and it wont work inmy phone ineed a handset it is compatible with im seriously frustrated

Hi @gibbo1980 

I have removed your Mobile number as this was visible to all Community users. All our sims are activated when despatched, so the sim should work in your phone if it is unlocked to all UK networks. Are you able to test the sim on another phone?
