I purchased a contract last week and the ID Mobile team were happy enough to send me an email stating “we are pleased to inform you that your direct debit standing order has been set up”, and that my plan had started with each passing day I am unable to use what I’ve paid for because the SIM card hasn’t even arrived yet? No tracking code was provided, no nothing. My money was taken and a standing order was set up and I haven’t even got anything, no sim, no nothing. I need help!

Looks as though the SIM has been lost in the post.
ID Mobile will need to arrange a replacement SIM to be sent out to you. You can request one via live chat on the link below but it appears to be down at the moment.
So wait for a member of staff to reply to your post or wait until live chat is back online and speak to a live chat agent and request a replacement SIM.
