Hi,

I am an existing sim-only customer and upgraded to a new sim-only deal. I was sent a new sim-card, do I need to use it given I already have a Sim and have not upgraded my phone?

Also, received a text saying I’ve used all my inclusive mins (had 500mins with my old contract) but on my ID Mobile app it says I have unlimited minutes because I upgraded...

Hi @tkz1,

You don’t need to if you don’t want, but we’d recommend keeping it somewhere safe in case it decides to just activate itself.

As for the minutes, just ignore that message, it’ll be automated in relation to your previous tariff.

I purchased a new sim in November 2020 to work in my 4GLTE router but can’t access the internet (0.04 down & 0.02 up) these are terrible speeds, I can’t even send an email or sms

Hi @john2635aca,

We are sorry to hear about that. What happens when you try the SIM card inside of a phone, do you have the same results?
Do you seem to get better connection when in another room or even outside when trying the SIM card in a phone?
