Sim Reactivating

I had broken my phone and the guy I spoke to live chat said they would put a suspension on my service, I asked yesterday for this to taken off and I was advised that it would only take an hour but I still don't have service. Reset my phone etc etc.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hey @Feraxia,

Sorry to hear this hasn't happened. Commonly, removing the SIM and re-inserting may fix this.

If it doesn't, please email us as we'll need account information to remove the suspension and we can't get this from you from here.

Loving the picture and don't worry my sim was fixed by Nicola on live chat the other day :)

I only liked the 1st Season of Sword Art but here's to a real world Sword Art in the future! (without being trapped).
