Someone has set up a Fraudulent account in my name. How do i cancel this?

i received a letter from ID Mobile today about a direct debit that was set up for £25.00 per month. This was not me. How do i cancel this. I’ve spent all afternoon trying to speak to someone with no luck.  Someone help me please!
