Hello,

I recieved a SMS this morning letting me know that my current number had been transferred to iD.  It worked immediately so I was all set to go.  

However, less than an hour later I am unable to make or receive calls, when people call me or when I try and make a call the message is “sorry you do not have access to this service”.

I have logged into my account and the number displayed is the number I wanted it changing too, ending 7034.

Please can you help

Are the same problems still in place?  Have you spoken to our Live Chat Team since you posted here?

Could we get the full postcode for your home address?

Have you restarted the phone or possibly tested the iD SIM in another device?
