I have requested a STAC code in error and need a PAC code.  How can this be rectified please?

Hello there @Amy190902.  Sorry for the late reply here, assuming you haven’t spoken to our Live Chat Team since the first message here.

We’ll need to speak to message you privately and take some further details.

Once done, we can cancel any existing STAC and then from there issue a PAC.
