I set up dd for payment for sim only on Monday 14th but keep getting emails saying I haven’t bought it yet and haven’t received the sim yet. Please help

Hello @Scotmuppet,

What did you purchase? 

We don’t let you choose the Direct Debit date, you can change it after purchase via the app/account when you’ve got the SIM though.
