That sounds annoying.
Your best bet for a quick resolution would be to use the iD Live Chat service here.
The service is staffed by iD agents from 9am to 8pm weekdays (and 9am to 6pm weekends) - type in “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
If you don’t mind waiting, someone from iD will get back to you via private message in this forum.
