Still no services after a late payment

My services are still unavailable even after I paid the bill in full on the 8th of June! What's going on? I need my phone for working purposes

I believe ID Mobile aim to restore service within the hour and so you should definitely be back up and running by now!


Try speaking to live chat on the link below:


Click on the “Launch live chat” button and enter your information. Once you're connected to the ID Mobile chatbot type the word “Agent” and select “Customer Service” option and you will be connected to a live agent.


Alternatively if you’d rather wait, a member of the ID Mobile team will be along soon to help.
