I believe ID Mobile aim to restore service within the hour and so you should definitely be back up and running by now!

Click on the āLaunch live chatā button and enter your information. Once you're connected to the ID Mobile chatbot type the word āAgentā and select āCustomer Serviceā option and you will be connected to a live agent.
