struggling to sign up for id mobile app

Hi, when I've tried to register for the id mobile app or website I've filled in my registration details and I keep getting given a message saying "Please check your personal details again. At least one is incorrect. For your protection, we c'ant specify which field needs to be changed.

Can you just confirm that you are using the same details that you provided when you made your purchase?

yes i am filling in the same details used when purchasing the contract. however we are still having the problem and we are going into a local carphone wearhouse branch to look into it.
