Question

suspected overbilling

I  have just started using an upgrade but have already been billed an additional  £0.76 without, to my knowledge,  any out-of-plan usage.  Before this becomes habitual,  how can I stop it from happening again  - and secure a refund?

Hi @amputee

You can set your spend cap to 0  through the iD app which will ensure you do not go outside your monthly allowance. For more info, please contact our Live Chat | iD Mobile Network team who will be able to advise. If you have any issues getting through to an advisor then please read the following:

Once you entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
