I already have a sim only monthly plan with ID, and want to change it (upgrade it). It’s the same price just better.
I can only see the option to add to basket, will this mean I get a new sim sent, i just want to change the minutes i get and don't want all the hassle of porting etc.
I am hoping i can just upgrade and it just changes the plan without any other hassle, can someone please advise.

When upgrading your current plan your number will remain the same. We do send out a new sim card, however, you can carry on using your old sim card.
