Switching to ID mobile - form error

I am switching to ID mobile from my current provider. When i go to fill out the form (https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/) and click submit i get the following message “All fields are mandatory *”

I have double checked everything i have inputted and all is correct. I cannot get any answers through the live chat bot as to what the issue is and it is very frustrating not being able to speak to someone.

Please assist.

Have you tried a different browser?

 

Try live chat again: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

 

Click on the “Launch live chat” button and enter your information. Once you're connected to the ID Mobile chatbot type the word “Agent” and select “Customer Service” option and you will be connected to a live agent.
