New to iDMobile and having some porting issues so Customer Services raised a log number for me for the technical team. Is there any function on the iDMobile web site or it’s Community that gives me a status update by log reference number on how this issue is progressing?

Hi Doc943, that's not an option that is available unfortunately, however, when there is further news regarding your port, you will receive a call or a text with an update.
