Terminating sim only contract

I am wanting to cancel my plan I do not want a PAC or STAC just cancel but I am finding it impossible.

  • The app does not do this.
  • The website says under construction when you click on leave
  • The phone line just gives automated answers
  • The live chat  keeps saying no one is available

How can you just cancel the account?

i tried all the option in your link to no avail and it is impossible to get to someone to have a conversation with all you get is the same set of automated replies.

Although I did not want another contract or provider I have requested a STAC and signed up with someone else hopefully they can terminate my contract with you.

This is the worst mobile phone service I have ever come across.

Hi @wansbeckjim,

I can see that my colleague did read your post from his answer and our replies are not automated. The link given offers information on all the methods you can use to cancel your plan and we’re sorry if some of them which you have tried did not work. Giving the STAC code to the new network as mentioned however will cancel your plan.
