Text messages from some people unable to send

I have been on ID mobile about 2 months.
From the very beginning some people have not been able to text me.
They get the error "unable to send" or similar, only to my number.
This is on various networks and different devices and different networks.

My phone is a Samsung galaxy S6.

The way I read this, the issue here is receiving text messages and not sending?

Do you face any issues with sending messages at all?
Has your number ever been on an iPhone/linked to an iPhone?

Yes, receiving text messages from most numbers.

Always had an android.

No problems sending, that's how people knew something was wrong, because they tried to reply to my texts and couldn't.

Can you have a look at the Message Centre number and confirm what this is?

It may be the wrong number showing here.
