texts failing to send on long standing contract

All texts I’m trying to send are failing. I have an iPhone 8 and it’s a long standing contact, not a new one.

Both my husband and I are having the same issue. I've tried contacting ID but haven't had much luck.

Two phones on ID here also having the same issue. Must be a network wide fault?

I messaged Id earlier and they said they’re working on the issue, so yes it looks like a network fault.

There are reported wide spread issues with the three network effecting text, however thankfully calls still working for now!

Hi All,

 

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?

All resolved but would have been useful to have been told that earlier in the day maybe via chatbot? Thank you
