When I checkout after entering my bank details for the direct debit, I just keep getting a time out message, I’ve read the other posts in the community, I've checked details are correct and my addresses match my bank etc but it won’t go any further, can you please advise?

Try clearing the cache/cookies for your internet on the device
If you can try clearing it for just idmobile
