Transferring from Vodafone to ID ASAP

Hi all, 

So I purchased a new contract with ID today but I am currently still with Vodafone. I have a PAC code ready to use from Vodafone but my new phone is likely to come on Monday so don't have my ID number yet! 

Will I need to wait until Monday to submit the PAC code or is there a way to do it earlier, really don't want any additional charges from Vodafone!

Hi Will, 

 

Thanks for your reply. I have thankfully received my phone and sim earlier than expected. However issue I am now facing is I submitted my PAC code and mobile number I'd like to keep on the app and I am now facing an error message there (I have created new post for this error)

Hi @KaranDidyala,

 

I have deleted that picture, as you really don’t want your PAC code and number falling into the wrong hands. if you have posted it anywhere else, i’d advise deleting it from there too.

 

Have you contacted Vodafone to ensure the PAC you have is correct and in date?
