trying to go SIM only with 2 weeks remaining on contract

How does one write a message with a query. In this case, how to convert to sim only. No sim only option has been given in “upgrade options” despite only being a fortnight from the end of my contract period.

You can speak to a live agent here:

Some general advice though, once the fortnight is up, and you’re at the end of your contract, the SIM only options will appear. If not, check the filters on the search in the App.
