Trying to log a complaint but there is no button

I’m trying to log a complaint, but when I go to this page:


It says:

“The quickest way to let us know you’re not happy is to raise your complaint with us online. Click on the button below and fill out a simple form.”


& there is no button. Can I please get that form to fill in?

Can we get a bit of information on what the complaint is in regards to so we can try to help?




My parent’s landline is not receiving any calls from my mobile or other ID Mobile phones. It seems to be receiving calls from all other networks & landlines. This has been going on for 6 months now after they changed landline suppliers. My phone is successfully making calls to all other numbers.

It’s not an issue of blocked numbers & they have been trying to fix it for 6 months at their end with no success.
