U limited data plan is trying to charge me extra after the first day.

Why does the service I just started yesterday, already have a extra data cap turned on to max at £25, then started charging me immediately. I apparently have already used £3 on an unlimited (total, Internet, phone and text) added to this months bill. How can I use extra data on a unlimited account? I used less then 1gb of Internet. I can't set the extra cap to my unlimited account to 0 (since why do I need extra when my accounts unlimited) since the extra amount already went through. Can you please explain what is going on.

Could you please send me what it was that I used then that cost the £3, I don't think I've used anything that would be out of the plan.
