Unable to log into second account


Hi, I have two accounts, one for each of my daughters but I seem unable to log into one of them. I’m pretty sure I have logged in before but it doesn’t seem possible any more.

Not sure if I used the same email address on both accounts as I see this has caused some issues for others users.

All I want to do is increase the data allowance as my daughter is currently away for the week and has run out. Sadly this seems to be impossible.

Oh, I have tried the unable to remember password/username/etc options but all fail.

Have you tried using the 0333 003 7777 (charges may apply) automated phone service?

Hi @Dreadful, If I had to guess, I’d say you only ever registered one of the lines, and the other doesn’t have an online account yet.

Could you try registering here? You’ll need to use a separate email address to the other line.
