I'm unable to receive calls from a private number

I am unable to receive a withheld (private) number from my GP.

Please advise.

Hello @ECH,

Do you mean you’re not able to receive calls from your GP as they’re using a private/witheld number?

Try checking your call/dialler settings.

You may have turned off/blocked witheld/private numbers.

This wouldn’t be a network issue but a handset settings issue.
