Unable to receive security codes by text message

My old number has been successfully ported over to my iD SIM and I’m unable to receive security codes while trying to set up numerous services. (Google, Natwest etc)

Is this something that can be resolved quickly?

As it’s been a few days since posting your message, has the issue resolved itself? Sometimes it may take up to 48 hours for a port to fully complete. Let us know if this is still an issue (after restarting your phone) and we will advise further.
