Unable to register

I am unable to register as I don’t know my mobile number. I have been using the handset from a PAYM plan on a different sim. I believe my contract is ending but need to register to check my account status.

You will need your iD Mobile SIM card to register online. 

What information, do require from your account as we can advise from here.
