Unable to register account - lost SIM so cant receive security code

Hi, I am at a bit of a loss. I got my ID phone / SIM in March but have been using my O2 SIM card in it and not used the ID one.  I stupidly forgot to register for my ID mobile account and have lost the SIM card so I cannot receive the security code when trying to register.  I need to change my direct debit details but stuck in limbo at the moment.  How can I register my ID account without my ID SIM?
