Unable to sign up & complete sale

I’m trying to sign up to ID mobile.

I’m able to get right up to the part where my card will be charged 1p but then I receive an error message which states, “Oops, it looks like your details may not match.  Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page.”

I have not received either a confirmation email or a declined email, nor has my bank account been charged.

I have checked these details at least 10 different times. They are correct, yet this error generates each time.  How can I proceed, please?

You could try calling the Sales Team on 020 7139 1397 to ask about your purchase.
