Unlock phone from ID Mobile

Hi

 

I have an old iPhone that I have given to my mum to use, but it is still locked to ID Mobile. How do I get this unlocked please?

Hi @mikejames 

All our phones sold after 2017 are unlocked to all UK networks. Have you tested another UK network sim inside the phone?

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have tested the phone with another sim and it says it needs to be unlocked.

 

I’ve had the phone quite a while, so could well have been bought before 2017.
