I recently got an upgrade so I’m planning on giving my old ID phone to someone else but I’m wondering if I can unlock it to be for another network ?
if anyone could let me know if this can be done or can help it would be appreciated :)

We stopped locking handset on handsets sold after 2016. How long have you had the handset and what make and model is it?
If it is locked though, let us know and we’ll help out right away.
