How do I unlock my iphone XR after an upgrade ?

Hi @steviep13238007,

Have you tried a different network SIM in to ensure that the handset isn’t locked to iD Mobile?

If the different network SIM doesn’t work and the handset is locked let us know here and we will send you a Private Message to assist with the unlock.
