Hello. I would like to upgrade my daughters phone as a Christmas present. However my upgrade date is 07.01.2021. Can I talk to someone/ get advice as it seems a shame not to sign back up with ID for 2 more years and keep her number etc. for the sake of a couple of weeks.

Is that date from the App, or is it the end of your two year agreement?
I ask, as you can upgrade 60- days before the end of the 24 month agreement, that’s the date that tends to be given on the App you see.
