upgrade

hi i purchased an upgrade last night and recieved an email saying it was successful and would be processed in 24hours. however today i checked on my online acc and it said i coudnt upgrade till i had set up my DD again. so i have fixed that. however my question is how do i know if the order is going to process and dispatch or do i need to order it again? i need a new phone ASAP as my old one broke. thanks

Now that you have set your Direct Debit back up, please can you check within your app to see if there options for to upgrade your account?
