I tried to upgrade to the Black Friday Sim deal 10Gb monthly £8. I tried 3 times and each time a message said the payment had been declined. However, my bank told me the three payments had been processed. What should I do? I only want one upgrade, not three. I have had real difficulty contacting you about it. You have no customer services, email, phone number and PM on facebook only got a bot. What should I do?
