Hello, I’ve tried to upgrade to a iPhone 13 £29 upfront £39 a month, got to the end and put my card details in, 1p was taken from my account but then a error occurred and said the ‘card verification has failed’ and no sign of the order actually going through what do I do now? Thanks!

Is the address on your iD Mobile account the same address that you card is registered to?

Are you trying on the app or the website?
