I have recently upgraded my plan and I will be receiving a new sim in a couple of days. Will I still keep my same number or do I have to contact someone to keep it the same.

If you upgraded from the iD app or your iD My Account online, then you’ll keep your number.

The procedure is explained in the “How to change your plan using the app or My Account” tutorial.
