Upgrade confirmation

I have had no confirmation on an upgrade. I have triggered four credit checks. Only one seems to have gone through. I am slightly concerned that I have ordered my upgrade four times or not at all as I have had 0 confimation or changes to my online account.

Have you since spoken to our Live Chat Team?

You should get any updates regarding an order(s) via email, so we’d imagine by now you’d have had some updates via email there.

If you’ve seen nothing then please check the junk/ spam folder in case anything incorrectly went there.

Let us know if you’re still needing help here though and we’ll dig further if needed.

I havent heard anything and have got no where with the live chat.
