Good morning, On Black Friday I chose to upgrade my Sim only plan and chose the £6.00 per month for 5GB data unltd mins/txts. The process went through smoothly on the app yet I've received no confirmation emails (I’ve checked spam folder etc). Please can you confirm my upgrade went through.

We’re sorry to hear about that! Plan changes can take 24 hours to complete so when you check your app, can you see the allowances/plan change after this time?

No. I contacted you on the Monday after I attempted to upgrade, and during that time nothing appeared. To be honest I’ve lost faith that it will ever get done as it is now two weeks later so I’m looking at alternative providers now. Thanks for your time.
