vodafone bill

I have received texts from Vodafone saying I owe money for a bill!

Firstly my contract is with IDmobile and has been since June 2017. I am paying a direct debit to ID mobile of £5 per month (I actually paid £10 December 2020?). My initial phone number was REMOVEDI actually changed my number to REMOVED

As I have not settled the bill with Vodafone they have now put some restrictions on my phone.

Please can you help as I am unable to make contact with Vodafone.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile isn’t able to help with Vodafone queries.

You’d only be able to speak to Vodafone as we have no affiliation with them nor access to their systems.

Are you sure this isn’t a scam attempt? It’s odd you’re being told you owe money to Vodafone if you’re with iD Mobile.

Can you confirm you can make calls /texts from your iD SIM?

They could not apply a bar to iD Mobile services.
