I have received texts from Vodafone saying I owe money for a bill!
Firstly my contract is with IDmobile and has been since June 2017. I am paying a direct debit to ID mobile of £5 per month (I actually paid £10 December 2020?). My initial phone number was REMOVEDI actually changed my number to REMOVED
As I have not settled the bill with Vodafone they have now put some restrictions on my phone.
Please can you help as I am unable to make contact with Vodafone.
