I cannot access voicemail messages as it tells me I have reached my capped limit

Might be worth double-checking (online or via the app) that your Voicemail service is turned ON.Â
To do this from a browser, sign-in into your My Account and then go to the My Services section.
Within My Services you should find the Voicemail toggle control - check your voicemail is ON.
