voicemail does not save

I press 2 to save voicemails, it says voicemail saved but they are not there.

To view the message sent.  Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.

If this is anything like the issue I had a few weeks back they probably are saved but wont be available 

until your next call to the service - you may need to end the call and then go back in!!!

 

I was trying to remove saved voice messages and they weren’t removing...

So I ended the call and then started a fresh then they were gone!

Must be a session/cache issue with the messaging service

Thank you - this is sorted. it was a confusing message saying ‘you have no new messages’ that threw me when I tried to listen - but actually they were there. Just have to listen/delete existing messagesand go to next.
