Hello,

I have just this morning managed to crack the screen on my phone, I have not long had this handset and as I'm sure you can imagine, it is frustrating.
I was wondering what the warranty policy and if I'm eligible got replacement or repair at all please? Any help is massively appreciated.

Unfortunately, the manufactures warranty would not cover any physical damage, so a repair would be chargeable. For more info on this, I’d recommend visiting your nearest Carphone Warehouse.
