Do you plan to offer a web based chat service? Holding times are very long when phoning customer services direct.
Hey @FodenA
iD Mobile does support Live Chat feature on their Contact page. When it is available there will be blue button to click at the bottom of the screen. Screenshot below for reference.
Personally though I prefer to contact them through Facebook for most enquiries as this is the quickest way to get to them. Live Chat is often very busy as well as phone line.
Kind Regards

Hi, I currently have 2 accounts, one contract and one rolling sim. I would like to internal port my number 0 on the rolling sim to the contract account that my son no longer uses.
Hello @FodenA ,
We don't support internal transfers on our network unfortunately.
If you really wanted to keep your number this way, you can (at your own choice) port the number out to a PAYG SIM from a different network. You'll then need to get A PAC code from that network and port the number back into the other plan.
Once the number leaves our network, that plan will be cancelled and we can't reverse this.
Hope that helps.
