Website is down (has been for at least 4 hours) - received my phone early but I cannot port my old number
Not that it helps the poor sysadmins at iD Mobile, but for anyone else who needs to port their number etc…
- You can get a cached copy of https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/switching-to-idmobile via Google.
- https://switching.idmobile.co.uk is still up (as are all subdomains it seems - just the main site is down.
- This also means that https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ is available too.

EDIT: So it seems it’s only the desktop site that is having issues - mobile site is fine.
I’ve put in my PAC request, but I can’t sign up for my ID Mobile account still as I guess that needs to complete first before I sign up with my current (old) number?

We’re sorry to hear about this issue. You should be able to register an account before a port takes place but you would need to use the iD Mobile number assigned to the plan. As some time has passed since your post, do you require any further assistance with the port?
