what is a monthly reoccurung charge qns why have i been charged too much.

I seem to have been charged almost double my monthly plan amount. It is under a monthly recurring charge? This is more than my monthly bill amount.

Have you signed in to your iD My Account online and downloaded a PDF of your latest bill?

You might find a clue there, if you look through the PDF.

Anyway, get this sorted quickly using the Live Chat service 9am to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 6pm weekends.

If you connect between these hours and type “talk to a person” you’ll get through to an iD Customer Service agent.

Alternately, you could try one of iD Mobile’s social media channels:

  1. Facebook
  2. twitter

I believe iD agents are available on both platforms 9am - 5pm most days.
